2. 照片与作品数据2. Photos and Artwork Data

当你使用 PicPoem 创建作品时，你可以从系统照片库中选择一张照片。
When creating artwork in PicPoem, you can select a photo from your system photo library.
PicPoem：
PicPoem:

- 不会访问你未授权的照片；Does not access photos you have not authorized;
- 不会读取你的整个照片图库。Does not read your entire photo library.
你选择的照片用于：

为了帮助你的照片更好地融入 PicPoem 的排版，App 可能使用设备提供的图像分析能力，例如：
To help your photos fit PicPoem's layouts, the App may use image analysis capabilities provided by your device, such as:
- 主体区域分析；Subject region analysis;
- 人物区域识别；Person region detection;
- 图片构图优化。Photo composition optimization.

图片分析与作品生成主要在你的设备本地完成。
Image analysis and artwork creation take place primarily on your device.
PicPoem 不会将你的个人照片上传至服务器，也不会将你的照片用于训练人工智能模型。
PicPoem does not upload your personal photos to servers or use your photos to train artificial intelligence models.
2.3 作品保存2.3 Saving Artwork
为了支持：

PicPoem 会在设备本地保存必要的数据，包括：
PicPoem stores the necessary data locally on your device, including:
- 生成后的作品；Completed artwork;
- 图片处理信息；Image processing information;
- 创建时间；Creation time;
- 作品展示所需配置。Configuration needed to display the artwork.
这些数据用于提供 App 功能，不用于广告或商业分析。
This data is used to provide App functionality, not for advertising or business analytics.
3. 照片权限3. Photo Permissions
PicPoem 使用 Apple 提供的系统照片选择功能。
PicPoem uses Apple's system photo selection functionality.
你可以：

- 仅授权某一张照片；Grant access to a single photo;
- 随时在系统设置中调整照片权限。Adjust photo permissions in your system settings at any time.
如果你拒绝照片权限：
If you decline photo access:
- PicPoem 仍然可以浏览已有作品；You can still browse existing artwork in PicPoem;
- 但无法创建新的照片作品。You cannot create new photo artwork.
4. PicPoem 内容数据4. PicPoem Content Data
为了提供每日内容体验，PicPoem 可能获取：
To provide its daily content experience, PicPoem may retrieve:
- 每日作品内容；Daily artwork content;
- 诗句；Poems;
- 排版信息；Layout information;
- 应用资源更新。App resource updates.
这些内容可能通过网络获取，并可能暂存在设备缓存中。
This content may be obtained over the internet and temporarily stored in your device's cache.
缓存内容：
Cached content:
- 不包含你的私人照片；Does not include your private photos;
- 不包含你的个人作品原图；Does not include the original photos used in your personal artwork;
- 可以通过 App 内提供的缓存管理功能清理。Can be cleared using the App's cache management feature.
5. 购买与付费功能5. Purchases and Paid Features
PicPoem 可能提供付费功能，例如：
PicPoem may offer paid features, such as:
- 移除作品水印；Removing artwork watermarks;
- 解锁更完整的创作体验。Unlocking a more complete creative experience.
购买过程由 Apple App Store 完成。
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store.
PicPoem 不会获取或保存：
PicPoem does not obtain or store:
- 银行卡信息；Bank card information;
- 支付密码；Payment passwords;
- Apple ID 密码。Apple ID passwords.
6. 分享作品6. Sharing Artwork
PicPoem 支持将作品保存或分享至其他应用。
PicPoem lets you save artwork or share it with other apps.
当你主动选择保存或分享时，该操作由 Apple 系统功能完成。
When you choose to save or share, the action is carried out through Apple's system functionality.
PicPoem 不控制第三方应用如何处理你主动分享的数据。
PicPoem does not control how third-party apps handle data you choose to share with them.
7. 我们不会如何使用你的信息7. How We Will Not Use Your Information
除非获得你的明确授权，PicPoem 不会：

PicPoem 可能使用 Apple 提供的系统服务，包括：

- PicPoem 不保存你的个人照片副本。PicPoem does not retain copies of your personal photos.
任何电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
No method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
10. 删除你的数据10. Deleting Your Data
由于 PicPoem 当前主要采用本地存储方式：

删除个人数据。
This lets you delete your personal data.
